Department Mini-Grant Program

The 2024 awardees are: 

  • Materials Science and Engineering Department: "The SMART service approach: Redefining faculty contributions while enhancing documentation and assessments of service" (Tier 2)
  • Chemistry Department: "Inclusive culture towards faculty success" (Tier 1)
  • Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering Department: "Building resources for diversifying applicant pools" (Tier 1)
  • Civil, Architectural, and Environmental Engineering Department: "Reviewing and revising department policies and practices to promote equity and build community culture" (Tier 1)
