Missouri S&T's Faculty Success invites applications for faculty to join the AIM team. You can help build a stronger mentoring culture on campus by joining the AIM team to develop and lead training for faculty mentors on campus.
You don't need to be a mentoring expert to join the AIM team. The team will work with the Center for the Improvement of Mentored Experiences in Research (CIMER), a national leader in mentor training, to develop and deliver mentor training for our campus.

Information about CIMER’s Entering Mentoring Facilitator Training (EMFT):
EMFT is a “train-the-trainer” virtual workshop series that will prepare you to offer mentor training using the evidence-based Entering Mentoring curriculum. Participants engage with the Entering Mentoring Curriculum in an abbreviated format, learn how to facilitate Entering Mentoring, prepare and facilitate an assigned activity, and plan their first mentor training session. All costs of attending the training will be covered by Faculty Success. The 13.5-hour training will take place online at the following times:
